PRODUCT: SODIUM DICHLOROISOCYANURATE 60% (SDIC 60%)

INITIAL DOSAGE FOR STABILIZATION

- Adjust the Total Alkalinity of the water between 80 and 120 ppm using the Alkalinity Test Kit and the Stable pH product.

- Adjust the Calcium Hardness between 100 and 250 ppm using the POOLTEST 4 in 1 Strip Kit and the Calcium Hardness product.

- Add 3 grams of SDIC 60% per cubic meter of water daily, always at dusk.

- Dissolve SDIC 60% in a clean plastic container with water and spread the solution over the surface of the pool.

- Measure Free Residual Chlorine at dawn and increase or decrease the dosage in order to obtain between 1.0 and 3.0ppm.

- After 3 or 4 weeks, the residual chlorine measured at dawn should remain at 1.0 ppm, revealing the stabilization of the water, making it possible to reduce chlorination to 2 grams per cubic meter of water, as described in the routine Dosage.

- Important: If your pool water is subject to sudden and frequent variations in pH, use Stable pH in the dosages recommended in the Alkalinity Test Kit. The pH stabilizer prevents frequent pH fluctuations, reducing the need for corrections, in addition to bringing about substantial chlorine savings!

- Test Total Water Alkalinity weekly with Alkalinity Test Kit and correct if necessary with Stable pH. Heated pools should receive extra attention regarding the Free Residual Chlorine content, which should be between 2 and 3 ppm.

ROUTINE DOSAGE

- Adjust the Total Alkalinity of the water between 80 and 120 ppm using the Alkalinity Test Kit and the Stable pH product.

- Daily add 1-3 grams of SDIC 60% per cubic meter of water.

- Dissolve SDIC 60% in a clean plastic container with water, spread the solution over the surface of the pool and wait 10 minutes.

- Measure Free Residual Chlorine the next day and increase or decrease the dosage in order to obtain between 1.0 and 3.0 ppm.

SHOCK DOSAGE

- After long periods without chlorination or when the water is colored, cloudy or has an unpleasant odor, adjust the Total Alkalinity between 80 and 120 ppm and add 15 grams of SDIC 60% per cubic meter of water.

- Only reuse the pool when the residual chlorine content is less than 3 ppm.
